Government Contractor Issues
LMVT actively assists employers in compliance with the unique set of laws and regulations that apply to government contractors and subcontractors. This involves the development and maintenance of affirmative action plans, mock audits, and training assistance to ensure full compliance. Our attorneys regularly represent clients in OFCCP investigations involving standard compliance audits, corporate management/glass ceiling reviews, and individual complaints filed with the Department of Labor. We also represent clients subject to the requirements of the Service Contracts Act, Davis-Bacon Act, and the Walsh-Heanley Public Contracts Act.
